I'm glad to report that carma is doing fabulous. She is doing everything she wants to do. She just walks like she is drunk. She has healed fantastically. I couldn't be happier about that. The boys are doing great. Logan is doing so well at Trinity and i really want Boyd to go but he just doesn't want to. Oh well. at least it will save money but the school schedules are so different. That is what stinks.
I am loving my job for the most part. It is much more rewarding than at the other hospital i worked at. I see progress and people getting back to the things they want to do. It is very tiring though. I wish it wasn't so far to drive and the hours so long. Hopefully, i'll get some weekends back soon. Well, that's all i have for now.

my heart is breaking....
OK So, i came home from getting Logan from school and shopping for Boyd's birthday thinking today was a great day. I walk in the door and my precious little Carma isn't able to walk or hardly stand up. My mother was there so i immediately grabbed Carma and out the door we go to the vets office. Turns out she had a doggie stroke. Didn't know that dogs could have stuff like this happen much less at such a young age (she's only 11 months and sweet as can be). So know we are in shock. She has no use of her right front leg, her right back leg is weak and stiff. even her back left leg isn't working quite right. We have been given physical therapy instructions for her. she was so much fun and playful we will have to see how she does. The boys are really worried as am i. I guess this is why God sent her our way. He kept her from being put down and now has a loving home who will work with her needs now. God always has a plan that is for sure. Wish he'd let me in a little on the plan.
On a brighter note, Boyd is having a great day today. He is doing nothing but shopping all day and being waited on hand and foot. Guess that is one way to celebrate your birthday.

AAHHH.. countdown time to party.
When i got home from work today, it dawned on me that 8 years ago today i was in the hospital going on close to 30 hours of labor with my first child. I had already almost died or crashed (however you want to look at it) cause my blood pressure dropped so low after my epidural (I have bad experiences with them obviously), the epidural quit working already and had to be reset. not getting anywhere and blowing up like a balloon with fluid from raising my blood pressure. I was really beginning to scare my family. But the best part was getting Boyd out of it. I can't believe he is going to be 8 years old already. Time has flown by. Obviously, i don't want to repeat that hospital stay but i would do it all over again to have my great boys. They are really sweet and Boyd has such a caring personality (he thinks he's a teenager already though) I Thank God every day for them. Then i want to kill them. haha I'm in heaven right now just thinking about it. I'm off to find the baby pictures!!

The beginning for me!
Ok once again i am falling into peer pressure. I finally got my myspace up and running and enjoying it, but now all of my friends are blogging. So what am I supposed to do??? I guess follow suite. So here is a little about me. I am married to a wonderful man, Bart. He and his partner own a successful wrecker and recovery/tow business. We have 2 wonderful boys Boyd and Logan. They are 7 and 6. Boyd will be 8 on Friday. Guess i'll be posting pictures of the party later on. Boyd goes to public school and has been doing very well there. Logan went to public school for kindergarten. He did ok but he hated school. He has a very late birthday in terms of the school year (just before the cut off date) So we decided to hold in back in kindergarten and put him in a private christian school. He is doing so well there and is flourishing. I am amazed every day in the changes the private school has made. Hopefully, we will be able to keep him in the private school and put Boyd there as well. Anyways, Here's to my first Blog. Hope you enjoy it as i enjoy the ones i watch all the time.
